Fuller Power Yoga - Designed to give you a great workout and deep release in the joints through longer holding postures and vinyasa flow.
All Levels Yoga -A combination of softness and strength, this class can accommodate the beginner to the advanced. All Levels Yoga includes standing postures, hip openers, ab work and postures to build shoulder strength.
Yoga Chill - Our yummy stretch class that melts away stress. Postures emphasize opening the hips and shoulders. Combined with deep breath techniques you leave feeling increased flexibility and ease.
Pilates

A series of exercises that help to flatten the stomach and strengthen abdominals, back, hips and buttocks. Pilates promotes strength and stability in addition to improving posture and range of motion. Excellent for lower back pain.

- Intermediate Pilates - Using small apparatus, we intensify and build on the traditional work of Joseph Pilates.

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a "feel-happy" workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance
themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The
routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination
of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes
the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to
maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a
mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

Who it's for: It's for women of all shapes and sizes who want to improve their body image and spice up their lives. And I mean EVERY WOMAN. I don't care how big or small or lopsided you are, and neither will any other woman in the class. There is no nudity in pole class! We will wear either yoga pants or shorts and a tank top.

Pole Dancing is a form of self expression that empowers you through movement, pole dancing offers many fitness and health benefits. As a cardiovascular exercise, pole dancing increases the heart rate to a healthy level and so increases overall fitness. Stamina is improved over time and lean muscles develop, creating the toned dancers body. Most importantly, it is a thoroughly enjoyable activity. Exercise through dance has shown to increase well being through release of endorphins from the brain. Learning and socializing while exploring an intimate side of your personality in a supportive atmosphere is not usually recreated anywhere else.
