The Fuller Mat® was created in 2003 out of a desire to allow practitioners the possibility to follow their bodies natural impulses for movement and meditation. The Fuller Mat® is circular in shape that measures 6 ft in diameter which allows most everyone to fit comfortably on the mat.
For centuries the circle has been used in ritual and spiritual practices, such as the Labyrinth, Mandala and the Yin/Yang symbol. It has no beginning and no end, symbolizing eternity, wholeness and immortality.
